Position Overview:

As a Technical and Client-Facing Product Manager (TPM/CFPM) for Core AI Capabilities, you will serve as a crucial bridge between our AI research group, engineering teams, and customers. This role demands a unique blend of technical understanding, strategic insight, and product management skills. You will be instrumental in translating cutting-edge AI research into viable, market-leading products, ensuring that our offerings not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary interface between Research, Engineering, and customers to define and prioritize AI/ML models.
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements for AI/ML model development.
• Collaborate with Research to ensure AI/ML outputs are explainable, usable, and aligned with real-world applications.
• Partner with Engineering to integrate AI capabilities into the platform, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.
• Gather and synthesize client feedback to inform model prioritization and usability improvements.
• Communicate the value and functionality of AI models to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical background in AI/ML systems, data science, or software engineering.
• Experience translating customer needs into technical requirements and aligning them with product goals.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to bridge technical and business objectives.
• Familiarity with ethical considerations in AI, including fairness and transparency.
• Proven experience (at least 3 years) in product management, ideally within the AI, tech, or software development sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• A passion for AI technology and its potential to transform industries and societies.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in B2C Product-Led Growth (PLG) products.
• Background in Enterprise grade product development.
