Position Summary:

The Senior AI Researcher will be a key individual contributor within the research team, focused on advancing our AI capabilities. This role involves conducting groundbreaking research in AI, developing innovative models and algorithms, and collaborating with various teams to integrate AI solutions into our products. We aim to create personalized models that adjust to dynamic environments. Additionally, we strive to develop an agent capable of storing and extracting relevant knowledge efficiently and scaling it for millions of users.

Responsibilities:

●     Conduct fundamental AI research, focusing on personalization and adaption for changing environment.

●     Develop and implement advanced AI models and algorithms.

●     Keep abreast of the latest AI technologies and trends.

●     Provide expert insights to solve complex AI challenges.

●     Work closely with the product and engineering teams to translate research findings into scalable products.

●     Foster an environment of fast, data-driven decision-making and calculated risk-taking to drive innovation.

 Qualifications:

●     Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (M.Sc. may be considered only in very exceptional cases).

●     New graduates are also considered

○     Multiple Internship experiences in top industrial research labs is expected.

●     Strong expertise and prior hands-on experience in large language models training.

●     Strong track record of publishing in premier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.).

●     Passion for innovation and a strong desire to make a significant impact in the field of AI.
